Protection Policy

At Hello Alford, we prioritize customer satisfaction and adhere to the standards set by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute. Our commitment to providing top-notch care reflects in our high ratings from customers like you.

Damaged/Missing Items Policy:

While instances of lost or damaged items are exceedingly rare, we understand the importance of addressing any concerns promptly. Your laundry is always handled separately and tagged to ensure meticulous care. However, should any items be lost or damaged, rest assured you are covered under our Protection Policy.


It's important to note that we do not inspect laundry tags before laundering, and therefore cannot guarantee against color loss, bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to delicate fabrics. Additionally, as we specialize in wash, dry, fold services, we do not assume responsibility for 'dry clean only' items included in your laundry.


Though we make every effort to track loose items, we cannot be held liable for items left in pockets or bundled with garments. We kindly ask customers to empty pockets prior to pickup to avoid any damage to their garments.


Our Protection Plan includes coverage for missing or damaged items, offering reimbursement of up to 60% of the retail purchase price, capped at $25 per item and $200 per order, when reported within 24 hours of delivery.


However, certain exclusions apply, including shrinkage, color bleeding, holes or tears in delicate fabrics, damage due to items left in laundry, and any items left behind. Reimbursements, issued as Hello Alford credits, are subject to our discretion and may take up to three business days to investigate.
